So what, then, is the opposite of intent?

So if someone extemporaneously creates something and others see it as a piece of art, it is not art to you?

Found art works that way - the Tech Zen post, for example - is that a poem? Probably not to the programmer... But I saw it, and I presented it with the intent of it being art.
